1. Use a 6 to 6 lower lingual arch.
              2. The wire is soldered to the first molars but continues on past the area of the impacted tooth or    
                   teeth.
              3. The wire then turns up (right angle) onto the retro-molar pad area.
              4. Place loop in the end of the wire directly behind the tooth.
              5. The impacted tooth is exposed and a button bonded to the occlusal as far mesial as possible.
              6. Tie from the button to the loop on wire with power elastic thread or power chain.
